果蝇比较群体基因组数据库

果蝇比较群体基因组数据库,通过在中国70个地点的不同生境中采集并测序果蝇的基因组,研究环境适应的遗传和进化机制。目前,数据库包含了1011个黑腹果蝇1075个拟果蝇的重测序基因组。

通过整合世界其他地区的果蝇群体基因组数据,该数据库在黑腹果蝇中共鉴定到13.82 × 106个多态性位点,在拟果蝇中鉴定到10.93 × 106个多态性位点。研究系统解析了黑腹果蝇和拟果蝇的群体遗传结构,演化历史和环境适应机制。本网站提供了相关研究成果的介绍和数据下载。

Drosophila Comparative Population Genomics (DCPG) Database

The Drosophila Comparative Population Genomics (DCPG) database investigates the genetic and evolutionary mechanisms of environmental adaptation by collecting and sequencing Drosophila genomes from diverse habitats across 70 locations in China. Currently, the database contains re-sequencing genomes of 1011 Drosophila melanogaster and 1075 Drosophila simulans.

By integrating Drosophila population genomic data from other regions of the world, DCPG has identified 13.82 × 106 polymorphic sites in D. melanogaster and 10.93 × 106 polymorphic sites in D. simulans. The study systematically analyzes the population genetic structure, evolutionary history, and environmental adaptation mechanisms of these two species.
